Coulomb
What it is
As this property does not have an official name, I will call it Coulomb in honor of the man who discovered the link between charge, space, and the mass oriented properties.
History
Charles Augustin de Coulomb (1736-1806) is known for the formulation of Coulomb's law, which states that the force between two electrical charges is proportional to the product of the charges and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between them.
force = charge^2 / ( permittivity * distance^2)
Common equations
mass = charge^2 * permeability / distance
force = charge^2 / ( permittivity * distance^2)
